LEGAL OVERSIGHT AND REVIEW

One of the most important components of a church, ministry, or tax-exempt organization is legal oversight and review. The legal oversight and review must be regularly reviewed to ensure all aspects of the church, ministry, or tax-exempt organization’s legal requirements are being meet and continuous changes are included in the corporate legal minute book of the church, ministry, or tax-exempt organization. Since we have over 80 years experience, we know exactly what to look for in the 12 components that make up the legal oversight and review. If the legal minutes, corporate minute book and legal oversight has not been updated and documents in the corporate minute book not been amended to meet the current Internal Revenue Service requirements governing 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations, it is imperative the legal oversight and review be done by a firm that understands the 12 components of the ministry.

COST CONTAINMENT AND BUDGET OVERSIGHT

One of the most important things to a church in relation to its finances is Cost Containment and Budget Oversight. You may have heard it said that churches and tax-exempt organizations are non-profits and therefore cannot and should not make a profit. There is nothing further from the truth. If the organization does not make a profit, your organization will not be in the ministry very long. We have developed the most unique Cost Containment and Budget Oversight programs that you will ever see. Our Cost Containment and Budget Oversight program is designed not to limit the ministry, outreach or growth of the church, but manages the budget to promote the ministry and outreach as well as growth. We are considered the Experts when it comes to preparing a balanced budget that is fair and does not limit the ministry.
